1. Senior Year Kick Off Celebration

Whether it be in person or over zoom get all your friends together to kick off your final year of high school! Order pizza, dance & celebrate how far you've come. This is a great time to make lasting memories. 🍕💛💃

2. Make a Playlist

Make a Spotify playlist of the best songs of 2021 plus you & your friends' fave songs, some tearjerkers & some party songs to celebrate the happy times so by your graduation you'll have a senior year soundtrack! I have a playlist on Spotify called, "senior year anthem 2021.🎓" linked at the bottom of this webpage go check it out! 🎶

3. Make a Happy Moments Jar

There is no doubt this year is going to be hard & stressful so we cant forget to appreciate the good moments amongst the late night study sessions & mental breakdowns. I started one & it helps me remember all the little things I'm grateful for like, 'the afternoon light in my bedroom.' Whenever I'm feeling down I pull something out of the jar & it reminds me of positive memories. 😁

4. Make a Continuous TikTok

Pick or create a fun little dance and do it with your friends for each big senior year event, like, first day of senior year, sports carnivals, first day of exams, last day of exams, last day of school ever, formal & schoolies.

5. Document Memories in a New Medium

Document all these amazing memories in a fun & unique new way. I have decided to collect these moments on a film camera, I love photography, but I've never shot on film, so this is a fun new way to capture memories that is personal to me. You could create a polaroid journal, scrapbook, keep a journal or share a diary with your friends, it's really up to you but make sure it's something you enjoy so it's fun!

6. Make a Senior Year Instagram Highlight or Make a Joint Instagram with your friends

To keep your senior moments easy to access & add to create a highlight to your instagram profile & fill it with each random, fun, sad & exciting moment throughout the year & by the end of the year you'll have a collection of photos & videos that show your entire senior year. Another fun thing to do is create a joint instagram account with your friends & post tonnes of photos, we called ours @oursenioryear2021

7. Live in the Moment & Live it Up!

This year is going to be all about planning for our futures, applying for university & deciding what we what to do with our lives, so we have to make sure we appreciate the present & live in the moment. This is our senior year lets LIVE IT UP!

8. TAKE TONNES OF PHOTOS!!!

Take tonnes of photos so you can look back on your year with your friends!
